The device has a coupling half and a toothed wheel with another coupling half that is arranged on a cylinder pivot of a cylinder (11). The toothed wheel is arranged in a freely rotatable manner, where the other coupling half is supported at the toothed wheel in an axially movable manner and in a torque-proof manner. The other coupling half is arranged in a housing of the toothed wheel, where the housing is designed as a working cylinder. A circular working piston is arranged in the working cylinder, where the piston carries the other coupling half.
