The present invention relates to a sound insulation and ventilation device.  The said device comprises: a body part which has an internal space and the side surface of which is formed with an intake and outlet port; a ventilation part which is connected with the body part and which discharges, to the outside of the body part, a fluid body in the space on the inside of the body part; an air curtain which is provided in the body part or ventilation part and which partitions the space inside the body part into a first area and a second area; at least one gas-discharge part which is provided in the first area and which discharges a fluid body on the inside of the first area to the outside of the body part; and at least one gas-suction part which is provided in the second area and which sucks the fluid body towards the second area.
