A method for manufacturing a recycling resin sectional type corrugate pipe and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to increase the recycling rate of raw material by easily dividing a recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile. A combination space is formed by melting the mixed resin and supplying a diamond recycling reinforcing resin profile to a winder device(21) in the spiral type. A reverse diamond resin profile is formed by being supplied in the spiral type. An external diameter coating member of a straight line type is supplied to the external diameters of the recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile. The recycling reinforcing resin profile and synthetic resin profile are sequentially formed in the inside diameter, and are separated by the cutting of a synthetic resin pipe.
