FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction field, particularly to construction method and construction element for its implementation. Construction method consists in assemblage of buildings or structures from construction elements. At manufacturing of construction elements in the capacity of construction materials there are used freeze water, that is ice. Melting of ice from within is prevented by means of refrigerating fluid. On the outside melting of ice is prevented by means of solid external membrane, pliable inner shell and air gap between them.
