FIELD: food products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of cinnamon by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, apples and chokeberry, cutting of girasol and apples, its drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, drying of chokeberry in microwave field at preset process parametres, girasol frying, drying of apples and chokeberry by convective method, mixing of girasol, apples and chokeberry in mass ratio 10:9:1, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: production of flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology. |
