摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine capable of exactly supplying a fuel quantity required for the internal combustion engine, by maximally providing an advantage by cylinder injection such as an improvement in the filling ratio of fuel and restraint of knocking by cooling of intake air, by maximally performing the cylinder injection. <P>SOLUTION: A request fuel quantity GCYL is calculated in response to an engine speed NE and a load AP of the internal combustion engine 3, and a limit value GCYLD_LMTH/L of a cylinder injection quantity by a cylinder fuel injection valve 6 is set in response to the engine speed of the internal combustion engine 3. An injection mode is set in a cylinder injection mode of injecting the fuel only from the cylinder fuel injection valve 6 when the request fuel quantity GCYL is this limit value or less, and the injection mode is set in a cylinder port injection mode of injecting the fuel from both the fuel injection valves 6 and 8 when the request fuel quantity GCYL is larger than the limit value.
