<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device for road traffic information which can record driving information (driving date and time, latitude and longitude of driving location, driving speed) in driving state record unit when passing through radar speed traps and reserve it as an evidence. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving device 10 for road traffic information includes: a GPS receiver 100; a warning device 200 for radar speed traps having location data memory 220 which stores road traffic information corresponding to each location, CPU 201, and announcing unit 270; and a driving state recording unit 300. The receiving device 10 for road traffic information determines the presence of radar speed traps in the vicinity, based on the location information about radar speed traps from location data memory 220 and current location information from GPS module 120, and starts recording the driving information in the driving unit 310 if there are radar speed traps nearby. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
