PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter-receiver system which does not deteriorate frequency use efficiency and time efficiency, and further suppresses an interference signal without limitation on the number of antennas. SOLUTION: This radio transmitter-receiver system 1 has a transmitting terminal 10 and a receiving terminal 20. A transfer function estimating part included in the receiving terminal 20 estimates a transfer function of transmission lines between all transmitting terminals. A phase amplitude calculating part included in the receiving terminal 20 calculates a phase which suppresses the interference signal transmitted from other than the desired transmitting terminal 10, from the estimated transfer function. The receiving terminal 20 transmits the calculated phase information to all the transmitting terminals 10. A phase control part included in the transmitting terminal 10 adds a phase rotation to a transmitting signal in accordance with the phase information for transmission. The receiving terminal 20 adds the phase rotation based on the phase information in an amplitude phase control part, and performs in-phase synthesis in an interference removing circuit, thereby suppressing the reverse phase interference signal to obtain desired data.
