PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape for protecting lead electrodes of wet and dry aluminum electrolytic capacitors, capable of easily protecting their insulating separators against damages caused by lead electrode burrs or other protrusions and of causing no reduction in capacitance. SOLUTION: The tape for protecting lead electrodes of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor is an adhesive tape composed of at least a support base and an adhesive layer. The support base is a paper base and an adhesive having a volume resistivity of 1×105Ωcm maximum is used as the adhesive constituting the adhesive layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
