PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory access device which makes memory access response time for a processor shorter than before. SOLUTION: A memory control part 104 includes: correspondence information memorizing part 10411 which memorizes correspondence information expressing correspondence of identification addresses in a memory 105 and a correspondence address for occurring mishit in a cache 103 when an access is required next the identification address; an access requiring part 1041 which requires also an access to a correspondence address associated with the identification address by the correspondence information when the cache 102 requires the access to the identification address; and a buffer 104141 in which memory data read from the identification address are stored. When a cache 103 requires access to the identification address, the access requiring part 1041 responds to the requirement with the memory data stored in the buffer 104141.
