PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method and an image pick-up device which can composite a compositing image based on a subject of a photographed image, and can prepare an image appropriate to an arrangement scene. SOLUTION: A subject in the photographed image is detected, an arrangement of the subject is decided by operation, the compositing image which is composited to the image corresponding to the arrangement of the subject is selected at random, and the arrangement of the selected compositing image is decided at random so as to overlap with the other compositing images and subjects, to composite the compositing image.
