PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warehousing allocation device and a warehousing allocation method, avoiding non-conveyance to the other automated warehouse even if carrying-in of loads to a specific automated warehouse is interrupted. SOLUTION: A stock control computer temporarily allots the automated warehouse allotted to the oldest time and date, in a process of step S25, and transmits a conveyance instruction to a conveyer control panel, in a process of step S27, only when the stock quantity of the loads in the automated warehouse temporarily allotted is less than N-1, in a process of step S26. The stock control computer temporarily allots the automated warehouse allotted to the next oldest time and date, in a process of step S28, when the stock quantity of the loads in the automated warehouse temporarily allotted is not less than N-1, and transmits the conveyance instruction to the conveyer control panel, in a process of step S27, only when the stock quantity of the loads in the automated warehouse temporarily allotted is less than N-1, in a process of step S29.
