PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte green sheet capable of improving lithium ion conductivity and safety, to provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte, and to provide a method of manufacturing a lithium cell. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte green sheet, includes a process mixing lithium ion conductive powder and an organic binder with a solvent with lithium ion conductive powder/an organic binder (mass ratio) to be 1.2 or more to produce slurry which is arranged on a support and making it dry.
