PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator for sales promotion or the like, rocking only in the lateral direction to arouse person's attention whichever direction the wind blows, and enough exhibiting an advertising effect and a decoration effect. SOLUTION: Two spring lines are fixed to an eyelet or a paper clip for mounting an indication card, and the other ends of the spring lines are respectively fixed to the front and back of grip parts at two places of a spring clip.
