ELECTRODE FOR CAPACITANCE LEVEL INSTRUMENT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND CAPACITANCE LEVEL INSTRUMENT EQUIPPED WITH THE ELECTRODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for capacitance level instrument excelling in heat resistance, pressure resistance, and also durability. SOLUTION: This electrode includes core material 2 consisting of stainless steel bars and a tube body 4 made of polyether ether ketone for covering the above core material. The tube body 4 is formed so as to have inner diameter larger than outer diameter of the core material 2 and also to be amorphously. The core material 2 is inserted into the tube body 4, while a cap 5 is mounted on one end section of the core material 2 to be welded with the tube body 4. By heating the whole tube body 4 to be crystallized, the tube body 4 is deflated and tightly-adhered to the core material 2.
