PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate ignition to a cylinder in the accurate ignition timing, without using a cam angle. SOLUTION: This electronic control device indicates the ignition to a spark plug of the cylinder by setting time when discriminating the top dead center in the cylinder as the ignition timing based on crank angle information from a crank angle detecting part, and performs ignition control for indicating the ignition in the ignition timing to the spark plug of the cylinder thereafter when discriminating that the ignition timing is correct based on the crank angle information. Thus, a piston is driven by performing a combustion stroke by rotation in every other one rotation of a crankshaft, and the ignition can be indicated to the cylinder in the accurate ignition timing to the cylinder for rotating the crankshaft by the piston.
