PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart variation to the appearance of a window by making an outdoor part of a mullion unsymmetric. SOLUTION: The mullion 1 is provided with a mullion body 10 and a cover 20. The mullion body 10 has the outdoor part 12 extending vertically and protruding to the outdoor side from a window panel 3, and a mounting part 19 arranged on at least either right or left side of the outdoor part 12. The cover 20, which is a body independent from the mullion body 10, extends vertically and is fitted to the mounting part 19 of the outdoor part 12 of the mullion body 10. A decorative face part exposed outdoor side of the mullion 10 is unsymmetric in the state that the cover 20 is fitted to either right or left side of the outdoor part 12 of the mullion body 10.
