PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for making a great impact load intensively act on wheels other than a vehicle body as much as possible and making the wheels absorb a collision load. SOLUTION: A collision load absorbing device uses a means for effectively mitigating a destruction force of the collision load by making the collision load intensively act on the wheels 3 and changing a direction of the collision load by the action to absorb, break and move the load, when the collision load is generated.
