PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems wherein such a case exists that contamination of a lamp cannot be completely swept away when a cleaner of a lamp lens surface of a conventional head lamp or the like is a washer type, and that appearance is insufficient, damage is easily generated and manufacturing cost is relatively high. SOLUTION: A cleaner cap for a wiper-incorporating head lamp has: a vertically movable cleaner movable body 2; a turning cap 4 turnably provided on an upper end of the cleaner movable body 2; and a washer nozzle 5, and the turning cap 4 comprises a hollow body provided so as to direct an opening part 40 to a lamp lens surface R direction, and an opening part side is biased in a direction contracted by an extension/contraction body relative to the cleaner movable body 2. The lamp lens surface cleaner of the exterior lamp has a weight 7 automatically moved inside the hollow body by gravity; and an opening/closing brush 8 automatically moved with the weight 7, capable of projecting/retracting from the hollow body opening part 40, and enlarged in such a state that it is projected from the opening part.
