PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a novel hollow particle composition, capable of providing a hollow particle composition including a liquid and a fiber uniformly dispersed therein. SOLUTION: In production of the hollow particle composition including the liquid and the fiber added to a number of hollow particles including a continuous phase and a closed cell by resin, to be disposed within a tire-rim assembly, the liquid is added to the hollow particles and stirred, and the fiber is thereafter added thereto and stirred.
