PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a support capable of shaping and manufacturing the three dimensional shape article with excellent shape precision by suppressing deformation of a part forming a hollow part in the three dimensional shape article when manufacturing the three dimensional article having the hollow part by the laser beam lithography, and a method of manufacturing the three dimensional article by the laser beam lithography applying the method of forming the support. SOLUTION: A ring body R having the hollow part composing the three dimensional article is equipped with the support S in the inner side of the ring body R. The support part S is a film having the thickness of approximately 0.2 mm formed in the hollow part in a state connected to an inner peripheral surface R1 in a ring body R composing the three dimensional article. The film shaped support part S is formed along with the shaping of the ring body R in a process for shaping the ring body R, and prevents the part forming the hollow part by contracting the ring body R in the middle of being shaped from being deformed toward the inner side of the ring body R.
