PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the catching of a wire when opening/closing a board box. SOLUTION: A front case 51 is rotationally equipped with a transparent board box 115. The board box 115 stores a putout control board, so that a worker rotationally operates the board box 115 to visually confirm the front face and the rear face of the putout control board respectively from the outside of the board box 11. The front case 51 is provided with a transverse wire storage chamber 87. The transverse wire storage chamber 87 stores the wire in its inside so as to prevent the catching of the wire between the front case 51 and the board box 115, when the board box 115 is rotationally operated.
