PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ball clogging in a container body where balls are supplied and discharged. SOLUTION: The container body 22, where the balls are supplied and discharged, is provided with a ball supply part 30 in the outer circumferential part, a ball falling hole 31 at the central part, and a spiral ball guide passage 32. The ball guide passage 32 has a lower face 32a and an outer wall face 32b, and is gradually inclined and lowered from the side of the ball supply part 30 toward the ball falling hole 31. The ball falling hole 31 is continuously connected to the dead end of the lower face 32a of the ball guide passage 32 and formed on the spiral trajectory of the lower face 32b. The circumference of the ball falling hole 31 excluding the side of the lower face 32a of the ball guide passage 32 is covered with a wall face 31a. The wall face 31a is continuously connected to the dead end of the outer wall face 32b of the ball guide passage 32, and the upper end of the wall face 31a is formed into the same to or higher height than that of the dead end of the outer wall face 32b.
