FIELD: medicine; vascular surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for seamless applying of an anastomosis on vessels is executed in the form of a ring with a ring holder at its one end face. At other end face the ring has bent pointed denticles located on a circle outside in regular intervals. The denticles carry out functions of hooks for threading and pressing of the extremities of vessels to a ring. The free extremities of vessels are bridged and fixed on a ring with the ring holder at its one end face. The extremity of a vessel of smaller diametre is entered into an aperture of a ring from an opposite side of an end face with the pointed denticles. It is pulled out through a ring, belled on all circle of a ring and threaded on the denticles. The extremity of a vessel of bigger diametre is brought to the denticles and threaded on them, then pressed down by the denticles with the threaded extremities of vessels in a ring direction. ^ EFFECT: rising of reliability of anastomosis bracing and tightness, reliable hemostasis and passableness in the smallest arteriole, exclusion of deformation conditions, goffering, cutting of walls and rethrombosis, design simplification not requiring special training of surgeons, instruments. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
