<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of performing easily exchange of a catalyst and metal fine powder or the like, and to provide an electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device 110 includes: an exchange cartridge 111 having a fuel container 112 in which a raw fuel including hydrogen element is stored and a reformer 113 which produces hydrogen from the raw fuel; and a fuel cell device body part 120 having a fuel battery cell 140 which generates power by the hydrogen produced by the reformer 113.
