<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acidic liquid seasoning such as mayonnaise or dressing which is suppressed in acidic taste containing bitter taste peculiar to dark-brown miso while imparting concentrated delicious taste and rich taste of the dark-brown miso. <P>SOLUTION: The acidic liquid seasoning contains ≥0.1 wt.%, more preferably ≥0.5 wt.% of the dark-brown miso based on a product, and contains ≥1/20 pts.wt. more preferably ≥1/10 pts.wt. of soft brown sugar based on 1 pts.wt. of the dark-brown miso. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
