<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration in driveability by reducing shock which may be generated when the driving power of a vehicle is limited. <P>SOLUTION: When a predicted value f(t+tsk) of a first request driving force f(t) of a driver becomes larger than a predicted value H(t+tsk) of an upper limit value H(t) of the driving force, a second request driving force F(t) is calculated so that a difference between an upper limit value H(t) and a second request driving force F(t) can be reduced as time elapses.
