摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit formation of NOx during acceleration by surely executing exhaust gas recirculation via an exhaust gas recirculation valve 51 at an appropriate timing while preventing drop of acceleration response when a vehicle state is changed from a deceleration state to an acceleration state in a supercharger for an engine provided with a two exhaust turbochargers 61, 62 mutually connected in series, an exhaust gas recirculation passage 50 connecting an intake air passage 30 and an exhaust gas passage 40 for recirculating exhaust gas to the intake air passage 30, and an exhaust gas recirculation valve 51 provided in the exhaust gas recirculation passage 50. <P>SOLUTION: This supercharger is provided with an intake air bypass passage 64 bypassing the first exhaust turbocharger 61 and an intake air bypass valve 65 provided in the intake air bypass passage 64. When the vehicle gets in the deceleration state, opening of the exhaust gas recirculation valve 51 is set to an opening not less than its set opening other than a fully closed state, and an opening of intake bypass valve 51 is set greater than the set opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
