<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic recovery device for preventing false shut off when testing the automatic recovery device. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic recovery device 1A has an automatic recovery function of shutting off a breaker and performing automatic recovery after a predetermined time elapses when detecting entire system stop in a normal operation, and allowing a test plug to be inserted thereto in a test mode. The automatic recovery device has a VB contact ST3 to close when there is a voltage at a bus 2A, a VL contact ST4 to close when there is a voltage at a transmission line 101, an ARE contact ST1 to close when an automatic recovery function to the transmission line 101 is enabled, and a TT contact ST2 to close when the test plug is inserted. In the automatic recovery device, when all contacts for a first series circuit connecting the ARE contact ST1 to the VL contact ST4 in series are closed, the automatic recovery function is disabled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
