<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an vibration suppressing structure in which a proper vibration mode is dispersed to make it difficult for the structure to resonate in response to external vibration or impact, thereby preventing characteristic fluctuation during an operational condition and reducing a destruction mode during a nonoperational condition. <P>SOLUTION: In the vibration suppressing structure of a carrier board, a contact portion of the carrier board is fixed to a Pelletier element and a noncontact portion formed integrally with the contact portion is supported via the contact portion. The carrier board is in a rectangular shape having a certain longitudinal length and a certain latitudinal length. The noncontact portion has an oscillatory free end. The longitudinal length of the noncontact portion from the boundary between the contact portion and the noncontact portion to the free end of the noncontact portion varies depending on a position on the latitudinal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
