<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device and an image forming device provided therewith, achieving a plurality of detection timings by one detection means. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet conveying device includes: a pair of secondary transfer rollers 3 and a pair of fuser rollers 5, for conveying a sheet; and the sheet detection means detecting the condition of the sheet by detecting a flag 50 operating by the sheet to be conveyed by a fixed inlet sensor R.
