PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably identify a recipient when an article is delivered. SOLUTION: An identification server 3 stores in advance terminal identification information 53 sent from a mobile phone 5 in association with identification information 41 in a storage part 25 as authentication data of a user 6. The mobile phone 5 reads the recognizable identification information 41 on the surface of a delivery 7 and transmits the read identification information 41 and the terminal identification information 53 of the mobile phone 5 according to an identification application program 51. The identification server 3 checks the received terminal identification information and the identification information 41 to the authentication data stored in the storage part 25, and authenticates the user 6 which is the owner of the mobile phone 5 as a recipient of the delivery 7.
