PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a resin made of a thermosetting resin which leaked from the front to the rear of a seal part formed on the surface of the tip of a plunger outside a liquid injection molding machine. SOLUTION: The plunger 13 has the seal part 14 formed on the surface of a head part 13a in order to suppress resin leakage from the front of the plunger 13 on the side of the plunger 13, an outlet hole 19 formed in the rear of the seal part 14 on the side of the plunger 13, and a liquid passage 18a which, in order to supply liquid on the side of the plunger 13 through the outlet hole 19, is formed in the plunger 13 and communicates with the outlet hole 19. A solvent for dissolving the leaked resin is injected on the side of the plunger 13 through the outlet hole 19 to dissolve the leaked resin, and the leaked resin is removed outside the screw preplasticating liquid injection molding machine 1 before the leaked resin is solidified (cured).
