PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of power shortage and reduce fuel consumption in a ship in the era of electricity. SOLUTION: A plurality of struts 1 for pitching and rolling are mounted on a pendulum power generation ship and a pendulum 3 is mounted on each of the struts. An electric generator 14 is operated to produce power by the pendulum swung by pitching, rolling and the like. The produced power is used to operate the ship. An electric power transmission station is provided on a coastline. The ship is moved to a place with waves, returned to the station after battery charging, and then connected with an electric power transmission line to supply power to each home.
