PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device and an image device using the same, further easy in miniaturization by a simplified mechanism, without particularly requiring a structural material for holding a moving object, by directly moving the moving object by using a displacement element, without using an energizing member such as a sliding body. SOLUTION: Not only the linear movement corresponding to arrangement of an electrode part but also the plane movement and further the three-dimensional movement can be performed, by directly moving a moving body, by causing displacement in the displacement element by electrode part arrangement of the displacement element corresponding to the moving direction of the moving body and impression voltage control to these electrode parts.
