PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more safe remote control equipment capable of securely avoiding interference. SOLUTION: The remote control equipment includes a remote control housing 13 in an equipment body 1. When it is detected that a remote controller is housed in the remote control housing 13 in predetermined timing including the time of power-on, two-way communication is performed between the equipment body 1 and the remote controller 2. The equipment includes a control part (main control parts 100, 200) writing which specific information which can be recognized by the equipment body in memories (nonvolatile memories 19, 24) possessed by the equipment body 1 or the remote controller, respectively. The control part preferably generates and outputs a random number as the specific information. Further, the two-way communication of the specific information is performed with a wire or wirelessly.
