PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system in which transmission bands can be effectively utilized in simple circuit configuration by dynamically changing a time slot between opposed radio stations without increasing transmission delay and without reducing an upper limit value of a transmission rate, as a TDD communication system which performs time division of an uplink signal and a downlink signal and performs fully duplex communication. SOLUTION: A radio station device transmits a predetermined signal to be brought into a receiving state when there are no data to be transmitted even during a term assigned as a transmission term of the device itself, and is brought into a transmitting state to transmit data when a predetermined signal is received even during a term assigned as a reception term of the device itself.
