PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the distance between a grass collecting frame and the rotative locus of a tine to be constant without generating a space between the grass collecting frame and the surface of a farm field, when the collecting frame moves upward and downward against a frame caused by roughness of the surface of the farm field in traveling a gyroscopic tedder to carry out work for collecting grass to a grass collection row. SOLUTION: The front end side of a connecting rod 21 is connected to an attaching arm 19 installed to the tedder 1 by a connecting shaft P, while the rear end side of the connecting rod 21 is connected to the frame pole 20 of the grass collecting frame c through a connecting shaft S1. A control link 3 formed to have a length shorter than that of the connecting rod 21 is arranged above the connecting rod 21 in an almost parallel posture, and the rear end side of the control link 3 is connected to the frame pole 20 through a connecting shaft S3 installed to the tip end of the frame pole 20, while the front end side is connected to a connecting shaft S2 installed to the attaching arm 19 by displacing backward to the connecting shaft P, and a regulation member K1 for inhibiting downward turning after a position in which the connecting rod 21 is in an almost parallel posture is installed to the attaching arm 19.
