PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl structure capable of restraining inflow resistance of air while preventing or restraining intrusion of water to the inside of an opening part for air introduction on the side of a cowl body. SOLUTION: It is possible to restrain air intake resistance as a cowl louver opening part 36 of a cowl louver 30 is formed to face against roughly the front diagonal upper side of a vehicle of a duct opening part 26B of the cowl body 22. Additionally, rectilinear propagation of the water to the inside of the duct opening part 26B is blocked by a wall part 38 in the vehicle widthwise direction as the cowl louver opening part 36 of the cowl louver 30 is extended to a position where at least either one of the wall part 38 in the vehicle widthwise direction formed in the inside of the cowl louver opening part 36 of the cowl louver 30 crosses with all of virtual straight lines directed to a lower end position A of the duct opening part 26B of the cowl body 22 by passing through the cowl louver opening part 36 through a position not making contact with the vehicle body side on the vehicle front side of the cowl louver opening part 36.
