PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-core writing implement reducing the kinds of components and the number of components to reduce manufacturing cost, enabling a user to quickly and surely change to a favorite writing body without needing time to associate the writing body with an operating body when changing the writing body, and moreover suppressing the increase of waste. SOLUTION: A plurality of writing bodies 6 are stored in a longitudinally movable manner in a shaft cylinder 2. The operating body 7 is connected to the rear end of the writing body 6. The operating body 7 is projected from an aperture hole 41. The operating body 6 is provided with a vertical hole 66 in a longitudinal direction. A peripheral wall of the vertical hole 66 is formed of a transparent material. A display member 71 having an identification display part 7 corresponding to each writing body 5 is mounted to the rear end of the writing body 5. In the connected state of the operating body 6 and the rear end of the writing body 5, only the display member 71 is fitted into the vertical hole 66 of the operating body 6 to make the identification display part 7 visible through the aperture hole 41.
