PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure and connecting method for ultrasonic resonators capable of uniformly transmitting ultrasonic vibration by preventing a space from being created at outer peripheral parts of the ultrasonic resonators in the process of connecting the ultrasonic resonators by tightly screwing. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic resonators of a booster 1 and a holder 2 are brought into contact with each other at the outer peripheral parts of connecting parts of the booster 1 and the holder 2 centering headless screws 3 in a fastening direction of the headless screws 3, and an ultrafine gap is formed of which the depth is too deep to almost touch in the insides of contact part and of which the ratio of area to the contact part is 40% or more.
