PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience in the operation of game machines at a game parlor by preventing disadvantage otherwise suffered by players even if an interruption of a power source should occur. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with an electric component control means containing an electric component control microcomputer, a variation data memory means for storing variation data to be generated for control with the electric component control microcomputer and a memory contents preservation means. The electric component control microcomputer can control electric components based on the variation data preserved by the memory contents preservation means and is provided with a clearing means which can delete the variation data responding to the shift to a prescribed operation state while the control of electric components is made ready for the electric component control microcomputer.
