The aim of the invention is to provide a system for a kit used to build retail shelving or similar, with which the number of suspension parts, brackets, cross members or similar to be held can be drastically reduced for use with different support systems. This is achieved by two sheet metal parts (42, 45, 52, 55, 62, 65) designed as punched parts or similar and having a central slot (43, 46, 53, 56, 63, 66) in at least one sheet metal part (42, 45, 52, 55, 62, 65) that runs from one end face, said slot permitting an interlocking engagement of the two sheet metal parts (42, 45, 52, 55, 62, 65) to form an engagement cross fitting in the hollow body (2) to be fixed, at least one edge surface (44, 47, 54, 57, 64, 67) of each sheet metal part (42, 45, 52, 55, 62, 65) tapering in the insertion direction. |
