A table top (11), carries bedding (14), heated by ultraviolet (22) and infrared (23) lamps which use recirculated and fresh air (29), and boosted by fans (38). The table moves on rollers (59, 58, 57, 9) in metal tracks to (11), to allow the bed (5) ease of access. Above the lamps are (4) thermostats (24, 25, 26, 27). Thermostat (24) provides air flow for all night temperature control. Thermostat (25) is set to a higher temperature for supplying a boosted temperature for a rapid warm up period, which then releases control back to thermostat (24). In hot weather thermostat (26) controls the air conditioning chiller unit (46) and fans (38). Thermostat (27) is a tamperproof thermostat, that removes all electricity if faulty components expose the users to health or fire risks.
