<p>The invention relates to a lid (8) of a container, in particular a beverage can, having a substantially flat lid surface (9) and a preferably folded edge area, wherein at least one re-closable pour opening (10) is provided at the lid surface (9), a closure means (1) associated with the pour opening (10) is provided at the bottom side of the lid surface (9) and an actuation means (6) connected to the closure means (1) is provided at the top side of the lid surface (9) accessible from the outside, said actuation means penetrating the lid surface (9), and wherein the closure means (1) is able to be moved from a closed position to an open position through actuation of the actuation means (6), the closure means (1) being of one-piece construction and being attached rotationally fixed in its entirety to the bottom side of the lid surface (9), and that the actuation means (6) comprises a support element (12, 12', 14, 15) for cooperation with the lid surface (9) when the closure means (1) is in the open position, the one-piece closure means (1) comprising a fastening part (3) for non-removable connection to the lid surface (9) and a closure area (4) for closing the pouring opening (10) with fluid-sealing effect, wherein a hinge (2) is provided between the fastening part (3) and the closure area (4), said closure area (4) of the closure means (1) able to swivel about the hinge against a return force, characterized in that the hinge (2) is designed as an area with increased flexibility disposed between the fastening part (3) and the closure area (4).</p> |
