An advertising method by self-generated electricity for tire-wheel cap in rotated condition is provided to increase the advertizing effect using the self-generated electricity. An advertising method by self-generated electricity for tire-wheel cap in rotated condition is as follows. A wheel-cap is mounted on the outer circumference of the tire wheel(11) of the vehicle tire(10). A rotating unit and a stationary unit are classified. The rotating unit is adhered to the tire wheel by the cap ring, and receives the torque of tire. The weight plumb is adhered to the lower part of the inactive plate(41). The stationary unit stops by the gravity regardless of the rotation of the rotating unit. The logo printed on the surface of the inactive plate and a advertising board(43) indicating the advertisement sentence are mounted. The advertising board is illuminated by the electricity generation plates(32,42), the lamp(47) and the electrical control device.
