FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of manufacture of vacuum photo-electric converters (PEC) of electromagnetic emission, namely - to area of manufacture of solid-state matrixes for PEC, and can be used at manufacturing of the specified matrixes. The solid-state matrix contains set of the cells; their surface is coated by a resistive layer, and the resistive layer is executed from a linearly-chained carbon film with cross-section resistivity less than longitudinal resistivity. ^ EFFECT: elimination of charging of a matrix surface by electron flow without resolution capability loss. ^ 2 dwg
