FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for crushing of various loose organic or inorganic products, in particular, grains of agricultural crops, salt, chalk, gypsum. Jet mill comprises body with upper loading and side unloading windows and rotor with blades installed in body. Upper and lower covers of body that creates working chamber are arranged in the form of circle. Side wall of body is arranged as relief. Rotor is arranged in the form of plate symmetrically fixed on shaft and having blades on truncated ends, which are perpendicular and symmetrical to its plane. Unloading window is provided in side wall of body and it equipped with gate installed with the possibility of unloading window closure, and loading window is arranged along with direction of rotor rotation downstream unloading window on periphery of upper cover. Vertical reflector is installed between unloading and loading windows along the whole height of working chamber, being adjacent to unloading window and installed under part of loading window side that faces rotor, with formation of loading pocket. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of jet mill and expansion of its application field. ^ 4 cl, 2 dwg |
