SESSION CONTROLLER AND SESSION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for establishing a session with a predetermined terminal prior to sessions with other terminals.

SOLUTION: A connection adapter 1 controls a session between a priority terminal 5 and an SIP terminal 7 on an IP network 8 side using registration information of GW 2 registered in an SIP server 6 so that the session between the priority terminal 5 and the SIP terminal 7 on the IP network 8 side is established prior to the session between an SIP terminal 3 under the GW 2 and the SIP terminal 7 on the IP network 8 side. Specifically, when receiving a session request from the priority terminal 5, and when the number of the sessions already established and in the process of establishing operation reaches the maximum number of simultaneous connection sessions, one of the sessions established between the SIP terminal 3 under the GW 2 and the SIP terminal 7 on the IP network 8 side is forcibly disconnected, and the session request of the priority terminal 5 is processed using the registration information of the GW 2 registered in the SIP server 6.
