PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display, in which a holder (case) fixing a display panel, while increasing the mounting density of a circuit board and the circuit board can be easily fixed and held. SOLUTION: The display comprising the display panel 1, holder 3, and circuit board 4 includes a projecting ear piece 44, formed integrally projecting from an outer circumferential edge 4A of the circuit board 4 to be operated for assembly and an engagement member 35, integrally provided to the holder 3 to engage the outer circumferential edge 4A of the circuit board 4. In assembling operation, an operator is able to readily hold the engaging member 35 provided to the holer 3 in engagement with the outer circumferential edge 4A of the circuit board 4, while holding the projecting ear piece 44 of the circuit board 4, so that an electronic component 41 can be prevented, in advance, from becoming damaged.
